Diana Ruiz-Gonzalez is the Behavioral Health Technician Manager at The Differents, where she is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment that empowers individuals on their recovery journey. With more than seven years of experience in client services, case management, behavioral support, and healthcare, Diana is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged every step of the way.

Throughout her career, Diana has built a reputation for compassionate leadership, strong communication, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. She believes that recovery is about more than overcoming addiction, it’s about rebuilding confidence, restoring hope, and helping each person discover the life they are capable of living.

As a leader, Diana works closely with both clients and staff to foster accountability, teamwork, and a positive therapeutic environment. Her experience in behavioral health, financial coaching, case management, and program coordination allows her to approach each individual with empathy while ensuring high standards of care.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her wife and daughter, exploring the Reno community, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. She believes that genuine connection, kindness, and consistency are the foundation of lasting recovery and strives to bring those values into every interaction at The Differents.
