Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, The Differents PHP integrates holistic therapies such as mindfulness, yoga, art therapy, and meditation. These practices promote emotional healing, stress reduction, and personal growth, enhancing the overall recovery experience.

Recognizing that recovery is an ongoing journey, The Differents emphasizes aftercare and relapse prevention. Graduates of the program are provided with ongoing support through alumni networks, access to counseling, and regular check-ins.

We teach strategies for dealing with triggers and cravings, as well as raising awareness of relapse indicators to aid in relapse prevention. At The Differents, we believe that triggers occur as a result of something internal being activated, such as a past difficult experience, substance abuse cycles, or unresolved trauma. The Differents combines traditional methods with a holistic approach to uncover causes of addiction and why individuals experience triggers, as well as provide techniques for self-soothing, healing old wounds and trauma, creating new attitudes and behavior patterns, and developing heightened self-awareness.
