Lindsay Stecher, MS. LADC, LMSW, is a Reno provider who specializes in addiction and trauma. She has received two Master’s Degrees from UNR and ASU where she specialized in addiction treatment and women’s health.
As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Clinician, and Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner Lindsay has dedicated her work to helping clients find a modality that works best for each individual to help them reclaim all areas of their life.
Lindsay believes that the breath is the bridge between our mind, body, and spirit, and with the approach of somatic breathwork her intent for each client is to help them conceptualize their own self-awareness and healing. Utilizing intuitive empathetic guidance and structured somatic breathwork techniques she creates space for clients to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness!
